Cellosaurus is a knowledge resource on cell lines. It attempts to describe all cell lines used in biomedical research. Cellosaurus is a SIB resource listed in Expasy, the Swiss Bioinformatics Portal.
In this e-learning course, you will learn what type of information on cell lines is found in the Cellosaurus, where it comes from and how it is organized. Several typical examples of uses of the Cellosaurus will provide ideas on how to use the Cellosaurus in your own research.
This e-learning course is addressed to anyone dealing with cell lines with no or little knowledge of the Cellosaurus resource.
