Interested in High Performance Computing (HPC) but you have no or little experience? Developed by the ELIXIR CH node and funded by ELIXIR-EXCELERATE, this asynchronous e-learning course can be completed online, at the desired pace and in the absence of an instructor.
This e-learning course presents the general concepts about High Performance Computing (HPC) in life sciences. Examples are taken from the SIB Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics Vital-IT cluster, but concepts have been adapted to fit most if not all HPC systems in life sciences.
