The Ninth International Biocuration Conference will be held in the hometown of the Swiss-Prot Database, Geneva, Switzerland, from April 10-14, 2016.
Speakers are required to have their presentation ready on a USB key.
A room will be available for speakers to check their presentation.
Presentations can be loaded in this room
between 08:00 and 09:00 am from Monday to Thursday.
Please make sure your presentation is ready before you speak.
If you are speaking in one of the workshops, then you will need to make arrangements with the workshop organizers with respect to the timings of your talks and how best to collect the presentations together.
Your slides should be either in .pdf, .ppt or .pptx format. Mac and Linux users should save their slides in PDF format.
Posters should be printed in A0 size (height 118.9cm, width 84.1cm) and should be portrait (not landscape).
Pins or Velcro will be provided.
Odd numbered posters:
on display on Monday. Posters to be put up during first Coffee break
on Monday and taken back at the end of the poster session on Monday.
Even numbered posters:
on display on Tuesday. Posters to be put up during first Coffee
break on Tuesday and taken back latest on Wednesday morning.
