By submitting this application, applicants acknowledge and agree to the following:
• Applicants must not register for the conference in advance.
• Selected volunteers will receive a personal registration code after the selection process has been completed.
• Any registration or discount code provided is strictly personal and confidential and must not be shared with third parties.
• Selected volunteers commit to attending the mandatory 90-minute training session on Sunday, 30 August 2026, at the CICG Convention Centre.
• Selected volunteers commit to contributing during at least one full conference day and maximum two full conference days, with shifts distributed in half days (~4 hours) or full day(s) (~8 hours).
• Selected volunteers commit to carrying out their assigned volunteering duties during the conference.
• Failure to attend the mandatory training session or assigned shifts without prior notice (“no-shows”) may result in invoicing for the amount corresponding to the registration discount received.
