NEXUS Personalized Health

We are NEXUS Personalized Health at the ETH Zurich. Our friends call us NEXUS. We offer highly customizable services and collaborations in the field of biomedical research and development. A pool of professional scientists in bioinformatics, data science, statistics, software engineering, screening, and lab automation allows us to adapt to any experimental or analytical setting. The Biomedical Informatics Platform (LOOP BMIP) is a multi-site project for which NEXUS planned and implemented the architecture and software components in close collaboration with the four university hospitals in Zurich and the University of Zurich, integrating and harmonizing clinical data into a secure and interoperable infrastructure aligned with SPHN and BioMedIT, enabling researchers to access real-world health data from hospitals, supporting protected data exchange, facilitating the navigation of regulatory requirements, paving the way to AI-driven medical research, and advancing data-driven healthcare innovation.
