The BBCF collaborates with life science researchers and technological facilities to implement a high-quality data analysis and data management infrastructure while offering tailored analyses for complex data. The current focus of the group is on high-throughput sequencing for functional genomics with emphasis on applications to whole-genome sequencing for comparative genomics, analysis of bacterial communities, chromatin immunoprecipitation and sequencing (ChIP-seq), RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) and chromosome conformation analysis (4C-seq and HiC). Another strong interest of our group is the statistical analysis of time-series and multi-omics data integration.
